I 'm a Mother / Grandmother recently retired from Real Estate relishing my life here at the River Mill where I hike, cook, paint, read, practice and teach yoga and ride my bike. I live in several of these condos using one primarily as my residence, another as a guest house and the third as my yoga and art studio. All of the units are unique with the 26" thick granite walls and the ages of 160 years imprinted in the stone , with the river either just outside the window , or a short trail from the stone patio to its banks and all comfortably furnished with lovely antique furnishings, books, and full kitchen.

In the winter I live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico renting out my North Carolina spaces for full winter rentals. In Mexico I enjoy the perfect winter climate and all that goes with it..renting out one of my two connected condominiums located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta just minutes from the ocean. I wake up every morning to the sounds of the city coming alive, prepare the rich locally roasted and grown coffee beans and head with my dog Carlos down to the ocean (3 minutes) to walk along the pedestrian Malecon (boardwalk) fronting the ocean with the sun rising over the mountains and brilliantly lighting the fishing boats as they start working the waters. Truly a rich beginning to wonderful days spent fully occupied painting, studying language, cooking regional foods, practicing yoga, and meeting with friends from all over the world. An international life experienced on a fraction of what it costs to live in the states.
