Come stay in a contemporary warehouse space in the heart of Abbotsford. Upstairs loft living, downstairs has a ping pong table, dining room, office, new bathroom & kitchen, dog ramp to the bedroom, courtyard area for outdoor dining and a projector inside for movies.
The warehouse is a unique inner city getaway.

- Blackwood timber work desk to working from.
- Huge 3m projector to watch Netflix from.
- Brand new kitchen.

* Due to COVID we are taking bookings for people who need the premise for at home work or emergency situations.
The Warehouse is beautifully crafted to make a unique getaway experience.
You can enjoy various dining areas, utlise the projector for movies or play ping pong till your heart desires. Perfect for a inner city getaway!
We have setup Fairylights both inside and outside if you want to create a romantic setting. We'll leave instructions on how to turn them on.
Designer ping pong table is for your perusal. Push open the venetian doors on a nice summers day.
Pets are welcome. We have a mini dachshund so the premise has ramps up all stairs and a baby gate for upstairs.

We want our guests to enjoy their time and feel as though they are at home. However we won't tolerate illicit drugs or house parties. Additional guests are not permitted on the premise unless otherwise arranged. A fee of $1000 will be charged if the premise is used for a party and it's the owners discretion if they choose to rent to guests who are based in Melbourne for this reason.
