You'll find the beach and some shops within walking distance in Jan Juc, while restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife and public transport are in nearby Torquay. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
My Kelpie dog Buddy lives on the property.

The recently renovated self-contained studio accommodation is bright and fresh; a place you can really relax. It is one room with attached bathroom as well as an outdoor sitting area.

The studio includes basic kitchenette with microwave and fridge plus bathroom and semi-private outdoor courtyard. There is a barbecue outside. Note, there is no stove, oven or kitchen sink.
The unit is separated from the main house by a locked door so you have plenty of privacy. You also have your own entrance.

The kitchenette does not have it's own sink. There is a dishwashing tub and rack provided, using water from the bathroom.
The studio is connected to the main house.
