This is the perfect location for anyone exploring Buffalo's great attractions.

Cozy and naturally lit 1br apartment. The apartment is located in a busy area, but because the apartment is located inside an apartment building, it will not be noisy. This building also has a parking lot for your vehicles. And for those who will not have access to a vehicle, this apartment has access to many public bus routes that can take you all over the city of Buffalo, from our Down Town newly renovated Canal Side, to our wonderful Galleria Mall.

The entire apartment is yours for use and also has an access to a small patio. The building has a laundry room (2 dryers + 2 washers).

A brand new queen size bed in the bedroom, and a leather couch in great condition that actually pulls out as a queen size bed in the living room
Guys, I don't have cable but the TV is connected to the WiFi and has built-in Hulu and Netflix (in case you have your own account)

These two areas are where majority of locals go to hangout. Also 15 mins away driving is Buffalo's wonderful Zoo and Hertel Ave, which is located in what is considered to be Buffalo's little Italy.
