The Dingle Penthouse is a beautifully furnished and fully equipped apartment, right in the middle of Dingle Town and a very short walk to all shops, pubs, restaurants and the harbour. It is light and airy, with a feeling of space, natural light & coziness with comfy beds (including a four poster!), a modern and well-equipped kitchen and numerous books, film choices and wi-fi to keep everyone entertained. Ideal for couples and small families. Free car parking ( unusual for Dingle town!)

The Dingle Penthouse is located in a quiet cul-de sac, just off Main Street. It has free car parking outside and a cafe below for breakfast and other meals. All of Dingle's best restaurants and pubs are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (and most of them less than a minute away!).

The apartment is rented as an entire 2 bedroom flat and all areas are available for guests to use. Guests are advised to ensure that the main external door to the stairwell remains closed at all times.

The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and there are two flights of stairs to it from the entrance door on the ground floor. There is NO lift.
The normal daily electricity usage (5 euros/day) is allowable within the rental price but excessive usage over and above this figure must be paid by the guests prior to departure.
NB. All our guests were careful with its use and no one exceeded this figure in the whole of last year!!

Orchard Lane is a small quiet lane immediately off the Main Street and close to all banks, pubs, restaurants,supermarkets and other craft shops. It also contains a butchers shop, a greengrocer, two cafes and a couple of beauty parlours! It is a 'no-through' lane and does not suffer from the late night noise and general liveliness that can be experienced in other parts of Dingle town. The town park is next door.
Main Street which is just 40 metres away contains over 10 pubs, 10 restaurants, two banks and two cash machines and a wide array of other craft and clothing shops. Takeaway food is also available locally.

We have a colleague, based in Dingle, who usually welcomes our guests, providing them with a set of keys and showing them how all the facilities in the apartment work. On booking, we will send you their mobile numbers so that you can make contact to arrange the collection of the keys. We, ourselves visit Dingle frequently and will normally interact with guests via mobile or e-mail to make sure that all is OK.
