Cottesloe is one of Western Australia's premier suburbs and attractions. It has the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, parks aplenty. It is perfect for: a walking on the beach or along the footpath above, swimming out to the pylon, fishing on the groin, a picnic under the Norfolk pines. The town has purchased some of the 'Sculptures by the Sea' which is an annual event on the beach.

I live in Swanbourne, the suburb next to Cottesloe, where the apartment is situated. I am the mother of three adult children and have a King Charles Spaniel named Ernie and a Burmese cat named Theo and five chickens. I love design, gardening, jewellery, art, fashion, music, wine, healthy food and cooking, long walks, sport and clean air. My late husband and I bought the apartment in Cottesloe way back in 2000 - mainly because we found it so hard to find anywhere really nice, by the beach, for our parents to stay (when they came for a holiday from overseas). I have rented it out for short-stays ever since. It was refurbished at the end of 2014.
