Chapadmalal is an ideal place to rest and relax on the Atlantic Coast. It offers an excellent combination of countryside, sea and nature. Lo de Francisca is located 500 meters from Luna Roja beach and Club de Mar beach, 25km south of Mar del Plata.

Lo de Francisca is a two bedroom house with a double en suite bedroom a a second bedroom with two single beds (two bathrooms in total). With a large garden (1000 square metres) and only a few hundreds meters from the sea it is an ideal place for couples, friends or families with children. It has a roofed gallery with table and chairs and a portable grill.
It has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people, microwave oven, refrigerator and television. Cable TV (Direct TV) can be hired as an extra upon arriving at the house.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be provided at an additional cost.
Public transport is accessible, with a bus stop ~5 minutes walk(El Rápido, travelling from Mar del Plata to Miramar). By car the house is 15-20 minutes from both Mar del Plata and Miramar.
The house is in a calm residential area, on a quite road and surrounded by green.
There are restaurants, markets, ice cream parlors and tea houses only a few minutes away (10-15 minutes by foot).
You can hire bikes and surf boards nearby, and horse riding and surf lessons are also available in the area.
