My bungalow style home is nestled in the heart of the center of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida! I am located an easy walk (.8 miles) to an amazing variety of dining, arts/entertainment and nightlife! The beach, parks and walking trails are an even shorter distance! Parking along Historic Old Northeast's 1st street in the front of my home is easy, as you will be given a pass to park. There is transportation access to city trolleys, public bus and even a horse drawn carriage!

I am a host house for the annual St. Anthony’s Triathlon. There have been a variety of professional athletes from all around the world that have called this place home! Often, they leave behind their medals and winning plaques and shirt signed. St. Petersburg is also home to a variety of local concert venues. As a big fan of music, this room has a unique collection of set lists, guitar pics, signed CDs and even drum heads! The full bed offers comfort in this spacious eclectic room!

You will be able to access the garage where the bicycles are stored. In addition, there are three sitting areas around the house with ceiling fans, radio and mood lighting for night time fun or relaxation. If you sit on the front porch, a variety of neighbors walking their pets like to stop and look and the unique designs in the front yard. They are full of good local information, so don't be shy to ask for some tips on your favorite type of adventures!

My home is nestled in the heart of Old Northeast neighborhood, which is a historic district. There are a variety of eclectic styles homes, some over 100 years old! The people are also a healthy bunch and can often be found walking, running and riding around the neighborhood. The ease of access to the beach allows for a variety of water sports including beach volleyball courts. Lying about in hammock is a big deal here, so I have three hammocks for you to enjoy!

Hello there! Here are a few helpful bits of information about me. I started my Airbnb because I am an empty nester of two children to include my mom (battling Alzheimer's). I found myself with three empty rooms and a quiet house. This has never been normal for me, especially since I teach kindergarten and 1st grade students with autism!
