My bungalow style home is nestled in the heart of the center of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida! I am located an easy walk (.8 miles) to an amazing variety of dining, arts/entertainment and nightlife! The beach, parks and walking trails are an even shorter distance! Parking along Historic Old Northeast's 1st street in the front of my home is easy, as you will be given a pass to park. There is transportation access to city trolleys, public bus and even a horse drawn carriage!

Really cool house in a good area. Easy walking distance to all of the great things going on in downtown St Pete. Her house has some really cool and wild stuff in it. If you’re bored, you can spend hours looking at it all being amused, fascinated and entertained.
