Adventure Bay is a perfect location on Bruny Island and central to all the attractions including beautiful beaches and bush walking. Its approximately a 40 minute drive from the ferry terminal.
Thanet has a bright living area with an outdoor deck with ocean glimpses and a bbq which is great for alfresco dining.
The wood fire is great for cooler evenings and the reverse cycle airconditioner/heat pump is ideal for more instant heating requirements.

Facilities include a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, a colour TV, VCR and stereo with ipod docking station. Heating includes a wood heater, wall heater in bathroom, a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the main living area and an electric blankets on the main bed. The deck has a weber bbq and outdoor dining table and chairs. All linen and towels are provided.
The beach is only 5 minutes walk and the Adventure Bay General Store is one kilometre away which stocks everything you may need from fresh produce, hardware and fresh coffee.

I like to travel, bushwalk and keep fit. I live with my husband and two cats. Bruny Island is very special to me and my Dad purchased the block of land in the late 1960's. Over the next 10 years a house was built and I spent many summer holidays at Adventure Bay. Unfortunately my Dad is no longer with us but I know he truly loved to see other people enjoying the Island.
