This very clean condo is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200 ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and has a magnificent view of the sunrise from within the condo. Pool is super clean and maintained regularly. Sanitizer and Dial soap for your use!

Pet Friendly! If you are bringing a pet with you please let me know! You will need to pay an additional one time fee of $35 per pet. I will send the payment request when you verify your dogs attendance.
Amazing view of the Intracoastal Waterway! The sunrise is phenomenal and the sunset isn't bad either!

Check in times can vary and change depending if someone checks out the day you check in. I will try to get you in as soon as I can but sometimes I may have to wait until I get out of work at 3:30 to clean the condo for you. The very earliest to check in then would be between 4:30-5pm.
Swimming pool and parking provided! Free ice machine and a coin operated drink machine on premise.

Please bring your own towels for the beach so you don't incur a fine for replacing the bath towels if they are left sandy or dirty. You can purchase beach towels at Redix on the beach at 120 Causeway Dr.
No pets on the furniture please! Damage will result in fines!

Super safe area and walking distance to the boat ramp, restaurants and bars! A bike ride, short drive or a nice walk will take you right into Wrightsville Beach which is 1.3 miles away. Wrightsville Beach is not dog friendly in the summer but most bars and restaurants accommodate dogs in their outdoor seating area so inquire with them about their particular rules.

I live in town but not on premises. There is an office manager available from 9-5 M-F and Sunday and 9-6 Saturday to answer questions for you. They also have free coffee you can make there and a ton of brochures, maps and coupons for the surrounding area.
