My loft is close to Matt's Big Breakfast, Pizzeria Bianco, Hanny's, Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena, Welcome Diner, Lost Leaf, Monorchid Gallery , Symphony Hall & Crescent Ballroom. In downtown Phoenix, on Roosevelt Row, it's easy walking distance to all downtown amenities - food, art galleries, entertainment. Inside enjoy the eucalyptus wood floors, gourmet kitchen, upgraded finishes everywhere and lofty high ceilings filled with natural light. Outside, swim, bbq and relax poolside!!!

The space consists of a large, 1000 Sq. Ft. 2nd story loft, that sits over a small Retail/Office and the Studio (Both are rented).
Enter the foyer downstairs to the Studio and the Loft. A private stairway leads to to the space. It's basically one big open space (except Bathroom/Laundry - which is it's own private room), divided with furniture into distinct areas which all flow together. The kitchen area has a private balcony that overlook Roosevelt Row.

You are able to access the entire loft, including your own private laundry (in the Bathroom). Also, there is a community pool and BBQ area.

The kitchen is fully supplied with the following: wine and drinking glasses, dishes, serving plates and bowls, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Additionally, when using the stove burners, please turn on the Fan, it's in the middle Control Panel.

THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND THE FIRST AID KIT ARE UNDER THE SINK.
