21 Upper Edinbane is a cosy and characterful self-catering cottage which overlooks the township of Edinbane and Loch Greshornish on the Isle of Skye. It has three bedrooms, a warm and cosy living room with log fire, a bright dining room with a second log fire and a snug kitchen. This holiday cottage is within walking distance of the Edinbane Inn and Edinbane Lodge and is excellently located for exploring the Isle of Skye and Raasay.

21 Upper Edinbane is a traditional croft house overlooking the township of Edinbane and Loch Greshornish on the Isle of Skye. Within walking distance of the village centre and only a 25 min drive from Portree, it is excellently positioned for exploring the Isle of Skye!
The self-catering cottage retains many of its original features and is filled with charm and character. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, cooker and microwave. The spacious dining room has a large dining table where you can sit and enjoy the views. The open fire creates a cosy ambiance for evening meals. The lounge also benefits from an open fire, satellite TV, video, DVD and stereo with blue tooth for linking up your own music. Games and books are provided if you fancy a quiet night in by the fire.
The ground floor double room has built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and comprises of W/C, basin, bath and electric shower.
Upstairs there is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Please Note: the stairs leading upstairs are very steep and should be treated as a ladder.
The holiday home has a large fenced garden at the front, and offers ample parking at the rear.
21 Upper Edinbane welcomes up to 3 dogs. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet per week. This must be reserved and paid at the time of booking.
Please note: bed linen and tea towels are provided but bathroom towels are not.

Linen, electricity & final clean are included in the rental. Please bring your own bath towels.
Additional Charges: Will only occur for breakages or extra cleaning. The owner would appreciate it if the cottage was left in the same order as you found it. Many thanks.
Whilst we hope that none of our guests experience issues during their stay, we do need to point out that due to the cottage's location on the Isle of Skye, some services can be tempermental and can take a lengthy delay to get resolved. Internet speed can be very slow and the service can fluctuate during the day and week. Mobile phone signal is very patchy on the Isle of Skye. Also, to replace any broken appliances, it can take weeks for a delivery to happen. We will at all times try our hardest to rectify any issues but please bear with us as there can be issues due to location that are outwith our control.
