Elkhorn Studio Condo - The Clocktower

This gorgeous, family-friendly studio plus loft may seem small in size, but it packs a wallop when it comes to comfort! Located on the third floor, this gem of a retreat boasts all the conveniences of a home, including a homey living space with a gas fireplace (a true showstopper when it comes to warm even the coldest tootsies), a well-equipped kitchen, and offers access to incredible community amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, sauna, and tennis.

Take advantage of the main level's flatscreen Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. You and your loved ones are free to use the Blu-ray and DVD player, which also has streaming internet! The main level also boasts a convenient full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs is all about privacy with a loft area that is complete with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom.

Things to Know
The village pool and facilities have been rebuilt as of 2021 and are located approx. two blocks from the studio. Guests also have access to the Harker center pool and facilities located approx. a mile south of the studio.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
*Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the Spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

This rental is located on floor 3.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Community Parking Pass (1) Required. Parking is permitted on a first-come basis in the lower (underground) parking garage accessed from the south side of Building 2 (between the bus stop and second roundabout on Village Way). Park in any non-reserved space, or any spot faintly labeled EVC, parking permit must be displayed(available in unit). A second garage can be used if no space is available in the lower garage, it is located on the south end of Angani Way( the north end is closest to the second roundabout and is labeled 115. Please do not park in this garage!)
The pedestrian door next to the garage entrance is marked “104” (this is the last garage door on Angani Way coming from north to south near the first roundabout).
All vehicles parked in the parking garages must display an Elkhorn Village Parking Permit on their rearview mirror. Only one vehicle per unit will be permitted in the parking garage. The designated parking spaces for Elkhorn Village are marked “EVC” in the second garage. Your parking pass must be displayed and you can only park in spots for EVC; this is a very strict HOA rule. The EVC parking is toward the back of the garage.

Please be advised that Elkhorn Springs will be towing unauthorized vehicles parked in the surface parking areas around Elkhorn Village (such as the parking area south of Building 2). The surface lots are owned by Elkhorn Springs. As a reminder, the only designed parking areas for Elkhorn Village are in the two underground parking garages.

To enter your unit, proceed on Angani Way to Building 4, and enter the building. Walk up to the third floor, and then on to door #82. For elevator access, enter Building 3 and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then use the breezeway that connects the two buildings. There is no elevator access in building 4. The home is accessed via an electronically coded lock only, please refer to your welcome email for the access code. A key on a lanyard is inside the home on the hooks to the left, which can be used to access the small ski locker associated with the home found on the first floor and marked #82. Please replace key before leaving, replacement/re-keying fees may apply.

The underground parking pass is needed for the underground parking area. The parking pass is on the kitchen counter and should be displayed on the dashboard.
*Note that per HOA rules, the parking pass is $150 to replace. Please remember to leave it on the kitchen counter prior to your departure! If the pass is missing or lost, the guest is responsible for the replacement cost.

Underground parking is available. Once you enter the condo, retrieve the parking pass and place it in your vehicle. Check underground lots and be sure you are parking only in a spot labeled 'EVC.' The open-air lot outside the parking garage is not available to Elkhorn Village tenants. If the garage is full, you may park in the open-air lot near the pool/clubhouse. Please be sure to return passes prior to departure. Guests are responsible for the $300 fee to replace the pass if it is not left in the home. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
