My place is on the closest beach to Managua, with surfing, bird watching, nature and a rustic pueblo. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the spacious and luxurious feel, usually absent neighbors privacy, hot water showers, outdoor spaces, the neighborhood, comfy bed, the light, the stargazing at night while listening to the waves, having the use of a cook and full maid service, optional laundry service.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

There is staff on site 24 hrs a day.
Guests can bring their own groceries, however cooking is not allowed. Our cooks will do that for you. You are on vacation to enjoy yourself completely! I provide a comprehensive list of basics to make ingredient buying easy.

The area vacaccional (vacation area) has many holiday homes, as well as locals living close to the sea. You'll see locals living their farming and fishing lives. There are neighborhood children out and about. There is a lot of wildlife, as the area is semi rural. From wide varieties of insects to parrots and pelicans, the skies are alive. You never know what kind of wildlife you'll come across.

el Transito has been a sleepy pueblo until very recently. It is becoming an up and coming destination. The development of the old Leon highway, and being one of the closest beaches to the capital and the airport make it a very attractive tourist destination.
el Transito can be used as a base to tour central and the near north of Nicaragua. The pueblo is 1 hour from Managua, and Leon, and 2 hours from Granada, and the Masatepe region and Chinandega.
