Looking for balance and beauty? The Mandala House is the best place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the beach and only 15 min away from the center of Lisbon or from Cascais, it's perfect for those who like to be near the center, but away from the confusion of the city.
A place of art and magic, with lots of light, colourful mandalas decorating the walls and a beautiful private garden where you can lie in the sun during the day or admire the moon and stars at night.

The spirit of The Mandala House is definitely what makes it special and those who are sensitive enough to feel it... will feel it. It was planned to be more than just a house, more than just a place to spend some holidays and it was cherished with art and colour. It's comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your meals and a beautiful small garden where you'll hear the birds singing. There are 2 double bed rooms, but one can be changed to a baby room, in case you bring one. The living room opens directly to the garden and it has a fire place, for cosy winter days and nights.

Cruz Quebrada is located in the municipality of Oeiras. It is a quiet and familiar neighbourhood, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from the park of Jamor.
Although it's not the ideal beach to go swimming, there's a fantastic and unique sea walk along the shoreline, where you can walk or ride a bicycle.
Nearby, in Jamor Park, there are several sports facilities like a swimming pool, tennis courts, mini-golf, canoes and paddle, as well as circuits that can be done on foot, in a beautiful and quiet landscape of pines and eucalyptus.
Besides these leisure facilities, you will also be able to find, always within walking distance from home, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher, several cafes and restaurants, among others.

50 years of life, four grown-up children, two baby cats and a passion for mandalas... As a Libra, I seek balance between opposites and I prize aesthetic above anything else. I have already worked in publicity as a copywriter, I have been a journalist and editor of a magazine for more than a decade, I have published several books... Nowadays, I dedicate myself mostly to Mandal'arte, a personal art project in which the mandala - sanscrit word for 'circle' or 'magic circle' - is the basis of many different approaches and activities such as: mandala sets, outdoor installations with natural materials, jewellery and craftwork, personal astrological mandalas, event decorations and workshops. The Mandala House is, therefore, much more than just a house. It is a project of life, a space where I expose the mandalas that I create and that are available for those who fall in love with them and want to take them home. And because I live in the house next door, I can easily provide all kind of assistance during your stay and also offer some extra services, such as serving breakfasts, lunches and dinners for you, family and / or friends, babysitting service , among others. Meio século de vida, quatro filhos, dois gatos. Balança de signo, procuro o equilíbrio entre opostos e prezo a estética acima de qualquer outra coisa. Já trabalhei em publicidade como copy-writer, já fui jornalista e directora de uma revista durante mais de uma década, publiquei vários livros e, actualmente, dedico-me quase em exclusivo à arte de mandalar, ou seja, à realização de mandalas em todos os tipos de materiais. A Mandala House é, por isso, muito mais do que só uma casa. É um projecto de vida, um espaço onde exponho as obras que crio e que estão disponíveis para quem se apaixonar por elas e quiser levá-las consigo.
