There is a set of stairs a house over that you can use to access the beach and there is a gradual ramp a few blocks away. Walkable from the house there is miles of beach and conservatory land that has beautiful scenery and birds to watch.
The house is close by to a great breakfast diner and grocery store within a few miles.
4K TV and Verizon Fios 1 Gb with all channels for those rainy days watching sports or playing video games!

My family is from Central Massachusetts and bought this property to enjoy the wonderful South Shore of Massachusetts and surrounding areas such as Boston, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket.
