Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids over age 4).

The kitchen has everything you will need to make a meal, or bring one in. If you let me know, I can accommodate most special needs in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Towels and linens are provided. We have a large supply of board games in addition to cable TV and wireless internet. We are ready to make your stay the best we possibly can.

The apartment space is on the lower level, and we live on the upper level. There is a private entrance through patio doors of the living area and the bedroom. Most of our personal living space is over the garage and over the downstairs kitchen. While the ceiling is well insulated, we make every effort to minimize noise during your stay. There is patio furniture and a picnic table where you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake. You are also invited to use the screened in gazebo and swing inside. There is no access to the lake as it is privately owned.

We are located centrally so that you can be in Greenville, Spartanburg or Asheville in 45 minutes. within 30 minutes you can be on the Blue Ridge Parkway, in Brevard or at Tryon Equestrian Center. Flat Rock Playhouse is 5 minutes away along with Carl Sandburg House and Little Rainbow Row of Flat Rock. Five more minutes and you can be in Hendersonville.

I am living the retired good life in Flat Rock with my husband, Tony. We try to stay active with hiking and biking and being involved in our community.
