Complete with a pool, hot tub, elevator and gourmet kitchen, this luxurious 6BR/5.5BA waterfront vacation home sits on 8 acres directly on Lake Travis and is ideally located in the Lakeway area. You’ll love 360 degree views of Hill Country and Lake Travis, towering oaks, high end décor, and close proximity to Austin. This home is directly on the lake, and although it does not have a boat dock, there are boats available for tours next door (Austin's Boat Tours) and public ramp available close by.

The house was laid out almost as if it were meant to be a rental house/hotel because every single room has its own glass sliding door that open to the balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Travis and the pool. There are spiral staircases going down from each side of the house, as well as the indoor staircase and elevator. There is plenty of space for all the extra beds we have provided such as the 4 roll away mattresses and 4 blow up queens. There are also 2 futons and a sofa bed, besides the 2 kings and 4 queens in the bedrooms that are permanent. The kitchen is great for cooking for large groups with the professional Viking oversized stove and the big Sub zero fridge. The view is the most impressive you can get of Lake Travis, with 360 views of the largest area and Starnes island. The house is also located on the south side of the lake, so you are much closer to downtown than almost any other Lakefront Travis home, approx 25 miles and very close to Lakeway shopping (10 min) and the Bee Cave Hill Country Malls. We are still located in Austin, not Lago vista or Leander areas which are the north side of the lake. We have you covered for any downtown 6th street transport, just call us at 512-476-2628!

You will have access to the entire 8 acre property the house sits on which is extremely private. There is also an additional boat rental facility just right next door that is reservation only called Austin's Boat Tours. The house is literally on the water so watch the boaters go by as you relax in the resort style pool. There is a pergola (beautiful wedding altar) set up with patio furniture for a perfect relaxing area for watching sunrise with coffee or sunset with a glass of wine. Please contact us if you would like to rent the area for a special event as well and have the cathedral style tent erected.

During your stay you can check out Austin's Boat Tours and ATX Party Bus both located right next door. They would be happy to help with all your boating and/or bus needs. You should also check out the Oasis, a beautiful waterfront restaurant just 15 mins away. There is also Infamous brewery located on Hudson been 5 mins from the property.

We are in the historic Hudson Bend area right next to Lakeway and located on our own little peninsula with a private road leading to the house. Lake Travis Marina, one of the first marinas ever built on Lake Travis, is located just right past the property and you can contact them about daily slip rentals if you have your own boat. Or take it easy and just hop on with Austin's Boat Tours- they do public nightly sunset cruises and also have private charters for up to 25 guests located just right next door as well.
