A comfortable leather lounge, reverse cycle air conditioning, flat screen TV and artwork adorn the lounge room with a small balcony which shows off some of the views of Fremantle.
A queen size bedroom with ensuite completes the accommodation.
Panoramic views from the front door sweep from ships gliding into berth in the port to Monument Hill in the distance over historic roof tops and park land.
Two lifts operate from the ground floor to the apartments 8th floor landing. Wheel chair ramps lead into the building from the car park.
Parking for one car is provided in the securely gated area surrounding the building. However, being so central and close to the bus and train station there is every opportunity to walk everywhere.
