A spacious, light filled and very comfortably furnished 1 bedroom apartment with separate living & kitchen-dining rooms. Good sun, an attractive view and a 20 minute downhill walk to the city with the West Hobart bus service stopping nearby if you do not wish to walk home. There is good off street parking.
Set in the charming streetscapes of West Hobart, the apartment is close to the renowned Hill Street Grocer and the Lansdowne Cafe. It is within walking distance to several good restaurants.

Bed linen and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a short flight of stairs from the car parking area at the front of the apartment block which has only 4 units, two of which have very friendly long term residents.

Retired environmental engineer now English language teacher. Live in Hobart where I have my own apartments and spend summer and autumn. Generally travel from April until November.
