It's a 2BHK, 1st Floor, Big Hall, 1 small size Bedroom & 1 medium size bedroom with common bathroom for the whole of 1st floor, 1 small size Toilet on the 2nd Floor in the terrace area and a mini garden/sit out area with lots of plants, greenery, and cool breeze.
Note: Just added today 14th July 2018, Saturday two (2) Cots, so now 3 beds here are floor mattress (No cots). Photos with the Cots & Mattress will be add shortly.

Lights, Ceiling fans, hot water geyser all are fixed, tested & working. Hot/cold water for drinking on request it will be arranged. We use Aqua Guard filter water for drinking & cooking at home on the ground floor, same can be shared with the guests on their request.
20 liters Bisleri mineral water has been arranged for the guests for drinking.
24/7 – Water & Wi-Fi Internet, Semi-furnished shell. The sleeping beds are of foam & are floor mattress (no cots).
Request to use water wisely (Save water, every drop is precious), also electricity.
Request guests to please switch off all the lights, fans, wifi & hot water geyser while they are stepping out of the house, please double check these things twice before locking the door or going out.
