Completly renovated and modernized studio with own shower/WC, comfortable and cozy. The house is located near Zürich, at beautiful lake Zürich, near train station.
Room with studio character, with comfortable bed, wardrobe, table, armchair, coffee corner and bath room.
Shared with 2 others: Kitchen with cooking place, Wifi, washing mashine and tumbler as well as nice balcony.
Supermarket, restaurants, shops, public bath area, post office, hiking trails are all in walking distance (3-5 min)

Cozy studio in a new renovated house - very close to the railway station Stäfa, not totally silent area but moderate , within walking distance to important shops such as supermarket, post office, restaurants, cafe, bakery, butcher, stationery (3-5 min by foot).
10 min to a bathing establishment with decking, shower and kiosk, for refreshing bathing in the lake (in the summer)
Train S7 to Zurich and Rapperswil as well as buses to the neighboring places directly at the house (2 min), also parking place just opposite of the house (during the week 5 CHF per day, weekends for free).

Stäfa is a nice village at the lake Zurich with an own harbor for the ships on the lake. It offers also a variety of restaurants (Swiss, mediterran, Italian, Chinese etc). There are also all important shops near by as supermarkets, post office, flowery, cafe etc
We could recommend a round trip by ship on the lake, pedalo or motor boats to discover the lake, hiking in the hills or the wine areas, bike riding, or taking a bath in the lake,
or discovering the region like Zurich, Rapperswil or the mountains near by.
