Newly renovated one bedroom condo, located across from the beach and has a wonderful view of the pool.You can hear the sounds of the ocean while relaxing on the balcony. Condo includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer, internet, cable, and pool.The ocean is just across the street and public beach access is within walking distance.The fishing pier, Freeman Park, local restaurants, and Boardwalk are a short drive away.Spend you "staycation" close to home, or choose to work from the beach.

We are on a fourth floor with no elevator service in the building. The condo has a queen size bed, pullout sofa, full kitchen, bar stool dining, TV, DVD player and washer and dryer. We do provide towels and bed linens.

We do not own the beach access. Big storms (rarely) can wash out the access points and sandy areas. There are alternative beaches that include free parking that we can recommend if this were to happen.

Some of the other attractions close to us include boat rentals, and fishing tours. The Fort Fisher Aquarium is one of the best on the East Coast. Carolina Beach is conveniently close to all areas of Wilmington including the historic downtown, and Mayfair Town Center, the upscale shopping area close to Wrightsville Beach, and fine cuisine.
