The enchanted apartment is located a stone's throw from the Tower of Pulcinella, in Michelozzo square, overlooking cafés, wine bars, shops of artisans and that, at certain times of the year, is animated by magnificent street shows and flea markets. Montepulciano with its energy, including towers, bell towers and the life that takes place on streets and squares, offers a unique and typical magic of the most fascinating historical centers of Italy ..... its main feature.

The accommodation, overlooking the main course, as well as being comfortable, well restored and functional, preserves the magical flavor of the apartments of the Tuscan historic centers, beams, bricks, wood and arches are its characteristic. It seems to go back in time. I find it very suitable for couples. The 25 euro for cleaning plus 1 euro per person per night (city tax) need to be paid on cash upon your arrival. The reception is warm and familiar. From Montepulciano you can reach all the destinations in the Val d'Orcia, the most sought after destination and go on a hot air balloon or Lake Trasimeno. A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Not far Golf Courses, Valdichiana Golf Club. My guests will have free access with tours and wine tasting at the Ercolani winery and other discounts in the various bars and restaurants close to the building.

It has access directly to the main course. In this small and family structure, there are two apartments,La Casina di Pulcinella and La Casina sul Borgo, of the same type, each with its own private bathroom. The Pollicino stop, city bus, is just a short walk away

Piazza Michelozzo, one of the main squares in the city center, is considered by many the heart of Montepulciano button, the nerve center of many activities. The Steps of St. Augustine for Poliziani and tourists is a meeting place, an ideal location to attend events and community events such as the Parade of April 25, the historical parade and the start of the Bravìo Corsa delle Botti. The staircase is also an almost obligatory stop of the summer evenings, perfect for those who are waiting for some ice cream after dinner, a vantage point from where to observe the "passage" of citizens and tourists. Sono un'ex insegnante, il mio lavoro primario però è stato quello che ho prestato nella conduzione dell'azienda di famiglia che si occupa di artigianato del cuoio con tantissimi punti vendita in Italia e all'estero, perfino Florida e Canada e di cui ora si occupano i miei due figli con sede principale a Montepulciano. Ho molti intressi, arte,musica, spettacolo, natura, ho un compagno, ed ora,sto accarezzando il desiderio di sviluppare questo progetto, anche se in piccolo.Essendo abbastanza meticolosa, cerco di dare il meglio di me nell'accoglienza dei miei ospiti.
