This 50sqm unit is ideal for couple or family. It can accommodate 4 adults, the 2 of which have to use the extra floor mattresses. We only allow max of 5 guest per booking (no exception). Names of all guest will be submitted to Serin property management. ID is required during check in.

Linen is also US brand designed to offer a unique and sophisticated sleeping experience. Our mattress is covered with Soft Heaven Mattress Cover - Luxury Bamboo Cotton Quilted with Microfibre Polyester. It is top off with Hypoallergenic mattress protector to protect against bugs, dust mite, allergen and bacteria.

-Weekends rate 150.00 day and night swimming
-Tuesday Closed for maintenance
-Registered Guest only
(Be advised that the towel provided in our unit are in room use only)
Endorsement letter will be prepared for all paid registered guests and will be provided to the condominium admin. Please inform us of any changes i.e names or number of guests. Only paid registered guests are allowed to use the amenities and access to the condominium unit. During booking, include the total number of adults as well as infants and children. We have max number of guests allowed in the unit for your comfort.

We allow self check in for guest arriving other than prescribed check in hours. We do ask to review the house rules and other terms and conditions when selecting this option.
PARKING - Overnight parking available at the Mall for a fee located right in front of the condo building.
VISITOR- Only registered guest are allowed inside the unit and access to Serin West Condominium facilities. Friends and other visitors are only allowed in the lobby area.
KITCHENWARE: Microwave, toaster, electric kettle and utensils are available to use for your convenience. Please clean what you used. Wash and place kitchen items on the dish rack when you leave.
APPLIANCES: Unplug appliances i.e rice cooker, kettle and toaster after each use.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit and exchange of fresh linen will be provided for long term stay. Cleaning service for long term stay can be coordinated.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dish detergent, liquid hand soap, 1 sponge. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection everyday. Check the info book for hours of collection and please do NOT leave garbage outside the door.
