This cozy Andalusian style villa is located in the area of Guadalmar in the vicinity of Malaga. Guadalmar is a small (about 1,5 x 1,5 km.), cozy, habitable area. It is located on flat terrain that is convenient for long and leisurely walks along quiet and beautiful streets surrounded by perennial trees, creating a saving shade in the midday heat.
The beaches in the area are magnificent: wide, sandy, flat, with a comfortable entry into the water. The “Activity” area on the beach has a solid set of sports equipment. Also there is a fitness center and a huge free parking.
Several wonderful restaurants Chiringitos are located on a beautiful pedestrian promenade along the coastline. You can have lunch, dinner or just enjoy a glass of wine, admiring the sea view.
You can also enjoy dinner in Tick Tack restaurant, located several minutes walk from the house or visit Frascati pizzeria.
A small “Supermercado” supermarket, wine shop and beach accessories store are in a walking distance.
Guadalmar is very conveniently located – close to highways, with convenient entrances, and good transport infrastructure.
A huge shopping centre Plaza Major with a large supermarket MERCADONA, modern cinema, children's entertainment center, dozens of restaurants and hundreds of boutiques is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Málaga city historical center and beautiful embankment is just a 10-minute drive away. Your kids will be crazy about «Tivoli World» amusement park, water park «Aqualand», dolphin, crocodile farm, because all of them are in close proximity to where you live.
A cosmetic renovation was made in March, 2017, the kitchen was completely rebuilt, a new furniture and equipment were bought. The villa’s land area is 900 sq.m. You will enjoy a private pool (4x7 meters, depth 1,1 -1,7 meters), barbecue, garage, sunbathing lawn, flower garden and areas with high trees protecting from the midday heat. Pool and garden are cared by a professional gardener. The villa’s parking fits 3-4 cars.
The total area of the house is 410 sq.m. It has 3 terraces – the first one is near the entrance, the second one neighbors kitchen and BBQ area and is ideal for family meals outdoor, and the third one is on the second floor.
The main living room with three sofas, a large 50” TV, air conditioning and audio equipment is on the ground floor. The dining room is located next to the kitchen equipped with all appliances – stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Also there is a bathroom on the ground floor.
Five charming bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a small living room with TV and audio equipment and 2 bathrooms are on the second floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, in two bedrooms the beds can be put together or apart, the 5th bedroom has 2 single beds.
In the underground floor there is a ping-pong table, refrigerator and bar counter. You will enjoy your time drinking a glass of cold beer with friends, playing ping-pong. From the basement there is also a direct access to the pool.
The house has high speed Internet with WiFi access (if necessary shall be paid extra upon arrival).
Baby cot and high chair are provided free upon request.
The villa is ready to move-in and equipped with all necessary appliances – all you need is to bring a toothbrush. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Malaga surroundings have many interesting attractions and places of interest for both adults and children.
