The waterfront town of Dobrota, located in the magical Bay of Kotor, is the perfect location for those seeking a mixture of a relaxation and sightseeing on their holiday. Villa Branka is your key to unlocking this amazing region with its perfect placement on the first line of the waterfront.
With its spacious elevated sun terrace you have plenty of space to soak in those warm summer rays, perhaps whilst enjoying a cold beverage. To the rear of the property, you will feel as if you have stepped back in time to a Roman paved garden, offering a large pool and entertaining area.
The interior of Villa Branka has a warm and cozy feel, spread out across two floors. The lower floor offers a relaxing living room, dining area and kitchen, whilst the upstairs is reserved for the bedroom areas, all with private bathrooms.
Due to its waterfront location, you are never more than a short walk to one of the many local restaurants or cafes and the large supermarket “Aroma” is also just a short distance by foot.

After entering you will access the spacious and comfortable living area, complete with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room and waterfront closet, finish out the ground floor. Up the marvelous staircase to the first floor, you will find four large bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) all with en-suite bathrooms and pool or sea views. The master bedroom also offers a private balcony with sea views.
Outside and to the rear there is a gorgeous roman style terrace and private heated pool, with outside furniture perfect for those warm evenings. To the front of the villa you will find a lovely sun terrace with dining furniture and the calming views of the sparkling Kotor Bay.
The closest restaurant named "Forza Mare" and a large supermarket are both just a short 5 minute walk away and the UNESCO protected Kotor Old Town is only a 5 minute drive. There are various small beaches and pontoon swimming opportunities along the waterfront promenade leading into the centre of Kotor.
