I rent ONLY to female guests. I have 2 rooms that I rent out: the Blue Room & the Teal Room. The rooms share a bathroom when both rooms are rented. Each room has a full-sized bed and 43" Roku Smart TV.
My renters usually are staying for longer periods of time. I rent a lot to travel nurses, student interns or contracted employees.

For you traveling RNs, the house is located in NW Houston. Distance to Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center is 0.3 miles, Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is 3.9 and Memorial Hermann Cypress is 9.6 miles away.
For students, I am 8 miles from Lone Star College-Cyfair, 6.6 miles from Lone Star College-University Park or 10.8 miles from Houston Community College - Spring Branch Campus.

You will have access to wifi, the kitchen, the dining room, our pool and the treadmill.
In the kitchen, you can use all the cookware, coffee pot, stove and oven. You only need to supply your food. You will have a large shelve in the pantry and area in the frig that is marked just for your stuff.

We do have two dogs and one cat. If you have allergies or afraid of animals, you might want to find a different space. Also as mentioned, we ONLY rent to female guests

While our house is nestled inside a large subdivision, we have access to several stores as soon as you leave the subdivision. There is a Target, Kohl's, Panera, Kroger's, HEB, Walmart and Home Depot within two minutes of the house.

Hello Future Renter, If you have any questions regarding either of my two rental rooms, please do not hesitate to ask. I am a RN who works at hospital close by the house. I have been renting to mostly travel nurses in the past. My home is nestled in the middle of large subdivision but is very convenient to many restaurants and areas to shop. It wouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to get most anything you need.
