Bayonne is a very safe & quiet area. Bus to NYC is at corner or train to New York City is a 5 block walk. It takes about 30 minutes to get into NYC - World Trade Center. We are located 2 blocks from large county park with waterfront bicycle routes, tennis courts, supermarkets, banks, restaurants. Area is extremely walk-able. The space is very cozy to accommodate all of your needs throughout your stay. Hosts have bikes that you may use, free of charge.

Room has a couch, table, desk, chair, large closet, shelving and a mini-refrigerator and microwave directly outside room door. Room has own air conditioner, fan and heating system.

All guests we host are welcomed and have full access to common areas such as the living room and kitchen as seen in posted photos. Host asks that you simply clean up after using kitchen and leave it in the same clean condition The back yard is a fabulous place to relax, hang out or plan your next day itinerary. You are also welcomed to use the barbecue. Just ask for some assistance for the first time use.

Eclectic mix of people in quiet neighborhood. American, Middle eastern, Jewish, Russian Polish, Indian, Italian, Spanish, and Philippine people. Lots of food close by: Chinese food, Masters Pizza and Mama Rosa Restaurant are our favorites, Quick Check convenience store is 1 block from property, 24 hour 7-11 convenience store is a five- minute walk. Tailor, laundry, a Large well stocked supermarket (Shop-Rite), Municipal Swimming Pool, Banks, Beauty Shop & Nail Salon, Lowe's, Walmart, Movie Theater, Starbucks, Dentist, Italian deli are all in town.
For those of you who may be shopping around and looking at Jersey City airbnb places, PLEASE BE AWARE that although it might be 10 or 15 minutes closer to get to NYC, there are MANY AREAS WHICH ARE UNSAFE IN JERSEY CITY. A little bit longer commute time is worth it to be in one of the safest neighborhoods in the area. Do your research!!!
