Attached to my beautiful 1920s property, The Annex at St Chads is generous enough to house four guests, in two separate bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed; the other with a double bed.
Located close to Bowral station and the main street, where you’ll find enticing cafés, restaurants and boutiques, and close to popular wedding venues, including Centennial Vineyards and Bendooley Estate, my place is elegantly appointed and private. Original artworks and designer furniture feature throughout.

The Annex's is new and part of the guest accommodation at St Chads ..... family/friends and guests have stayed over a period of time to enjoy the new created space......which they loved. The Shed at St Chads, is tucked away at the back of my historic property. It's listed separately on Airbnb. It's a perfect sanctuary for a couple craving a romantic escape or a solo traveller in need of some quiet time. The Annex at St Chads is ideal for a couple with its beautiful front bedroom and generous interior spaces and outdoor space choices or can be shared with friends and family. Both places are beautifully appointed and close to Bowral's cafés, restaurants and boutiques.

Guests will have access to the entire Annex area. Bookings must request use of the second bedroom if there are extra guests as there is a small charge of $60 per extra guest per night)
PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE
There is a sitting room, hallway and bathroom. They are also welcome to sit and wander through the beautifully maintained garden and the undercover front verandah beautiful for relaxing reading and a quite drink.

Beautiful bed with exceptional linen plus central heating in the cold months and the house is beautifully cool in the warm weather.
St. Chads location is perfect .......walkable outings to main shopping area, railway station, walking and bike tracks, swimming pool, cinema.
