Access to rental accommodations is conditional with respect to capacity of occupancy (up to 12 people – adults and children). No additional guests will be accepted. In adherence to the AIRBNB terms of service, we reserve the right to refuse access to accommodations, without reimburesement of funds, for violation of occupancy capacity.
Fees for electricity are included in the rental rate EXCEPT FOR USE OF AIR-CONDITIONING, in which case the meter will be checked during check-in and check-out and the price calculated per kilowatt (15 pesos/kw). Average use runs roughly 100 pesos/2 euros/2 USD per day.
Any renting from a week will always have an intermediate cleaning included in the price of the hiring, and the day will be defined at the time of your arrival.
For rentals less than a week, cleaning is on request of the client for an additional charge (1000 pesos a day).
The deposit is not charged to your credit card
For your convenience we can arrange air transfers to and from your villa upon request. Our taxi drivers are legally licensed and operate comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles, which are well-maintained and insured. Travel costs are fixed by the Drivers Union.
