☀️ Starting on 1/8/21 BEACHES ARE NOW OPEN! Also, the Building pool is open. There is a curfew from 11:00pm to 5:00am. Essential services, restaurants and commercial activity are resuming at 50% capacity. Please check with us if you have any questions.
The CONDADO NINETEEN O' ONE suite is equipped with a queen size bed, a full size sofa bed, kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, LED TV with Netflix, and High Speed Internet.
We provide kitchen supplies, glasses, pots and pans if you want to be the chef away from home. Wake up in the morning with a cup of espresso coffee directly from Puerto Rico Coffee Roasters while you enjoy the breeze and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean view from the balcony. Bath & beach towels are also available for you during your stay.

The building has 24-hour security with front lobby officer, security cameras, keyfob access areas, a beautiful private pool and a gym.
For your convenience, there is also a laundry room located on the 2nd floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. Free internet access is also available in the lobby and pool area.

We don't think you will need a car in Condado but in case you are driving, please keep in mind that parking is not included. Guests might find street parking but this is the most popular avenue in Condado and chances are limited.
However, there are plenty of parking lots near the Building including "The Parking @ Condado" in front of La Concha Hotel, Marriot Hotel parking, Marriot AC Parking and Magdalena Street Parking.

The beach is free access, you can always explore around and find the best spot for you. You will be at city center Condado and there are hotels around like Marriott, La Concha, Condado Plaza, AC Hotel and Caribe Hilton that usually offer live music in the lobby area during weekends. Hard Rock Cafe recently opened and is a block away.
