A cozy 25 sq m fully furnished Mediterranean inspired one bedroom unit with balcony on the 22nd floor of Tagaytay Prime Residences located in the heart of the city, 100 meters away from Tagaytay Rotunda and Fora Mall.
During this pandemic, the Barcelona can only accommodate 2 guests.
The base price is for the first 2 guests. On normal operations, there is an additional fee of P300 per person per night on top of 2. Airbnb service fee increases proportionally with the number of guests.

Guests will be personally received at the lobby where you will register and be given a set of keys for the unit. You are required to present your valid government I.D. which matches your profile in Airbnb.
For arrivals after 6PM, we have a self check in system. After the ID verification at the reception, you may access your room with the key that is kept inside a keylock that you can open with a code.
Registered guests can access the swimming pool, viewing deck and kids play area. Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.
Prime Residences:
• 24 hr security with CCTVs
• 6 High speed elevators
The Swimming Pool remains closed during the pandemic. We will update this status as soon as the bldg admin reverses the order.
Although there is ONE FREE PARKING space for the duration of your stay, in case you need additional parking slots, there is Pay Parking in the building.
• Located at the Ground Floor that can be accessed from Olivarez Plaza side, and 3rd Floor parking with entrance from Tagaytay-Calamba Road (in front of McDonalds).
If you need more parking space, the parking fees are:
• Weekdays : P 50.00 24 Hrs ( Multiple Entry )
• Weekends : P 50.00 ( Per Entry )

a Note of the Basic Rate
The published price is the basic rate for 2 guests. A cleaning fee of P400 is added to the basic rate. Airbnb service fee increases proportionally with the number of guest. Weekend rate differs.
Cash payment and bank transfers (or deposits) are not accepted. We course all payments here at Airbnb with a credit or debit card.
When you're booked, you may reschedule your booking to any available date and venue provided that you reschedule at least 7 days prior to the current reserved date.
ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we check in early?
We can check you in earlier than the standard 2pm time if there is no reservation on the day before your reserved date. Kindly check the calendar. If it’s not reserved, the earliest time we can check you in without any additional charge is 12 noon. Earlier than that, there is a charge of P150 per hour.
Can we check out late on the following date?
As much as we want to extend your stay, there just might be an instant booking for the following day. We will have to stay with the 12 noon check out time.
Can we cook?
The building does not have an exhaust system so we do not allow cooking in the rooms . We want you and our guests to always enjoy the nice fresh smell we take pride in.
There are, however, numerous fastfoods and recommended places nearby where you can enjoy really great food. We'd be glad to make some suggestions.
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring. Please do not use the oven toaster to grill food other than bread.
