Beautiful 5-star luxury villa located in the peaceful Finnish archipelago. Villa is suited for use all around the year. 1,5 hours drive from Helsinki, 50 km to the nearest train station.
Wood heated sauna is located by the beach, another one in the main building. Other facilities include a private sand beach, hot tub, beach volley court, badminton court. Wooden terraces connect all buildings on the property. There are two bathrooms in the main building. You will love this place!

The place has quite many stairs and no slides for wheelchairs. During the winter there is a store in 10km, during the summer also 2 nice cafes in 5km. There are few bicycles you may use.
The house is fully equipped and kitchen has all the things you will need with electric and gas stove. There´s also air condition in the main house living room which can cool the entire house when it gets hot.
There are extra charges from following
- Hottub 200 € / stay
- Linen and towels 20 € / person
- Boat Buster X boat with 75hp for experienced boaters - 150 € / day, 600 € / week. Gasoline is charged based on the usage (1,75 €/l).

- Main house has 2 bedrooms;
--- 1 for adults with 2 single beds and 1 sofa-bed (2 adults + 2 kids / 1 adult)
--- 1 for kids with full lenght bunk bed (so 2 kids)
--- Main house has 1 bathroom with shower and toalet + 1 separate extra toilet
- Additional guest house has 2 separate bedrooms with full size adult beds (2+2)
- Beach front sauna has sofa-bed (1 adult / 2 kids or one couple can do it). Beach front sauna has shower but toalets are in the main house.
- Main house sauna is not used during the summer time
- There´s additional owner´s bedroom in the main house but that is not for AirBnB-use.
- 4-wheeler is for owner´s use only
- Boat can be rented for experienced drivers.

The property is 2 hectares and there are total of 7 houses in the road. Nice neighbours. Garbage is located 1km away from the house. There´s a ferry connecting Ulkoluoto and Pettu, which you can see from the sauna and use to get fresh potatoes, tomatoes etc from the Pettu side.

Hello! I’m an entrepreneuer from Helsinki, strategy director for marketing agency and an AirBnB Superhost for 3 years in a row. I have found hosting very pleasant and I’m truly grateful for being able to share my unique villa with travellers. I am pretty much investing all earned fees from hosting into the development of villa so that both my family of 2+4 and my customers can get the most out of it. Since the villa is located 150km from my home, I’m not always able to welcome you into the villa. I’m also enthuastic freeride snowboarder and archipelago lover. 3 other my favourite sports you may also enjoy at the villa; beach volley (own court), fishing (the biggest pikes in whole Finland right there!) and golf (20km from the villa).
