The villa is located in the center of Peyia Village, few minutes away from the famous tourist area of Coral Bay. The villa includes several amenitis including football table and BBQ areas. This villa is just few minutes’ walk from, Peyia restaurants and shops and 2km away from the famous Coral Bay area.

This is a family three-bedroom, semi detached villa in the heart of Peyia village that will leave you awe-struck. You can enjoy a spectacular Mediterranean view from two of the bedrooms or spend a luxury, relaxed time in the villa's Private Swimming Pool. The outdoor BBQ area with adjusted with it’s bar will definitely make the moments more exited. What's more, a large sofa bed is available for free to accommodate extra person, and there is a football table for spending some fun family time. WiFi, parking on premises, air conditioning, kitchen and essential toilet supplies are few other facilities available for free. This villa is just 5 minutes’ walk from, Peyia restaurants and shops and 2km awalk from the famous Coral Bay area.

*The villa has a strict quiet time after 12:00 am
* The Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the main living room only is optional and paid upon arrival in cash.
*The cost of the large living area air condition is 20 Euros per day . No charge between the months December - March.
*No additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent from the owner. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form is allowed to stay at the villa.
