Welcome to Misquamicut Fire District in the town of Westerly, RI! Enjoy Misquamicut State Beach, fantastic restaraunts, bars, nightlife and more...
Just steps away from your cozy little beach condo . Two full sized beds with comfortable mattresses. 100% cotton bedding. Private bathroom with shower, in addition we have an outdoor shower. We provide ample parking and beach passes.
We love to call Misquamicut home and are happy to have you enjoy the wonderful beach area. That being said, please be respectful of the neighbors! We want you to enjoy yourselves but just be courteous of those around you.
The Condo is one of the only airbnb condo’s located in the heart of Misquamicut. You will have an in-unit heater and air conditioner (a luxury in the summertime!) your room is 224 sq.ft. Everything is walking distance or bike riding distance away. The condo is locked by a push button combination that will be provided to you upon check-in. You will have two 100% cotton towels and two facial towels. We provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner so you can save some room in your luggage.
NOTE: The fire pit and seating around fire pit is off-limits for guests.

You have your own condo with a bathroom and shower. You will have a kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker and portable stove top.

Our neighborhood is great for walking and people are friendly. Katie and I both enjoy running and we would love to share our favorite scenic routes that we take on our own runs.
Our approach is friendly and flexible. We love to share our Beach Condo with our guests.
Booking:
We like to know something about our guests, so please complete your Air bnb profile before booking.
Check-In:
This is usually at 4p.m. Exceptions for earlier check-ins can be made if we are available.
Price:
Accommodation in Misquamicut is expensive! We aim to be an affordable getaway for our friends on Air BNB.
The cleaning fee covers preparation of the room prior to your check-in.

The Fire Pit and seating around it, is off-limits to guests. Period.
We do not allow pets
We do not allow smoking at all on the premises

Located in the heart of Misquamicut Beach, our condo is the ideal location for relaxing on the beach, eating and drinking at the local restaurants and bars, trying your hand at surfing...and so much more!
It's a quick two minute walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Bike ride to nearby Watch Hill and grab brunch at the famous OceanHouse and maybe even run into Taylor Swift! In the opposite direction (bike riding distance) is Weekapaug, which is picturesque New England, where you can try your hand at clamming or eat a Lobster Roll at Seafood Haven.
