It is one of the greatest condos in Cumbuco. The Right on the beach it is special for kite and relax. There is a Kite school right on the condo beach, so if you are willing to sail, you just need to walk a few meters to meet them.

You will have access to the entire duplex for your own with your private balconies and terrace. Private washer-dryer machine, private barbacue grill. The shared spaces are the gardens, pools, beach and parking lots (you have right to one parking place guaranteed).
Visitors are not allowed. Only the number of guests from the reservation are allowed up to maximum of 6.
其他注意事項
The place is the best option for kitsurfers. If you are a Kitesurfer, I do not need to explain you what Cumbuco means to Kite, it is simply the best place in the world for sailing, so I will just tell you that besides the large surrounding balcony, the apartment has a large terrace in where you can leave you sails to dry-up.

This is our holiday house, so we will not be there to receive you... but Mary and her staff will welcome you and make sure everything is in order for your arrival. She is lovely!
