From materials and colors celebrating the local culture to being bathed in natural day light you'll enjoy a great kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a professional full-size pool table opposite a spacious living room. Outside there's an outdoor grill, large patio, swimming pool and even a rooftop observation deck and bar.

Baja's East Cape is a vacation paradise. You can enjoy everything on your own, or, we can make arrangements to have our local Mexican friends and their families take you fishing and sightseeing. Our friends Victor and Victor Jr. are licensed charter captains, and our other friend, Hector is a licensed taxi driver. Hector's wife Cuca is also an amazing chef.

Our neighborhood is secluded and without light pollution. You can see incredible stars at night, listen to the ocean lapping and you just might be woken up to a seal on the beach! Just up the beach is Hotel Rancho Leonaro which has a full restaurant and bar, and a swimming pool that they will allow you to use, provided you spend some money there.

Don and Carla enjoy traveling and adventure. We love the East Cape of Baja California Sur, Mexico where we have a beach house, and Tampa, Florida. Don is an American, and Carla was born and raised in Brazil.

Our Mexican caretaker, Hector, will meet you with the keys. Hector speaks excellent English, and is very charming. He is also a licensed taxi driver and his wife, Cuca is a terrific chef.
