Across the road from the Woodward St. Bakery, down the road from the Edge Hill bowls club and up the road from the Botanical Gardens.
Marita is the owner, manager and cleaner, lives around the corner and sets a high standard for her guests.

The Breadfruit Studio is well equipped with all the mod cons, walking distance to Edge Hill and its many restaurants, cafes and the Botanical Gardens. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport and into the city centre.
The space features a large comfy Queen size bed, large flat screen TV and deck overlooking the garden.
Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave and sink, electric fry pan, rice cooker, toaster, crockery and cutlery for 2, modern bathroom and on street parking.

Key is available onsite from a secure key lock but I will be in touch on arrival day for an easy check in experience and I'll have the outside light on for a late arrival.
The Breadfruit Studio is attached to but private from Pandanus House, the studio is on the right hand side of the carport of Pandanus House. It has it's own private gate entry and garden, head up to the colourful umbrella, a light will be left on if arriving at night.
Regular buses into the CBD stop 100 meters from this address, a taxi from the airport will cost about $25, Uber about $12.

Pet Friendly, only by arrangement prior to booking, and incurs an extra fee of $10 per pet per night. If you have a pet please let me know a little about the pet upon initial booking request and that you are responsible for the animals behavior at all times. I love my garden and hopefully your pet doesn't like to dig, if and inside pet doesn't jump up on the bed and or furniture.

My name is Marita and I have lived in Cairns for twenty five years, I was born in Melbourne, but have lived in Darwin, Broome (W.A) and Hervey Bay (Qld). I have been renovating houses and units in country Queensland since 2006. My son Fyscher is a carpenter and we decided to join as partners and renovate houses here in Cairns.
