If you are looking for a quiet place centrally located in St. Petersburg, then this is the spot. We have many amenities including a large hot tub, outdoor shower, gym equipment, large mango tree, garden, gas BBQ grill and high speed internet supporting streaming movie and live TV selections. Flexible check in can be arranged. Just ask!
Well behaved and well trained pets may be considered for an extra fee. Contact host prior to booking to discuss.

The Comfy Coral Room sports a high end, very comfortable Queen Bed, relaxing Asian decor with pieces from China, Cambodia and India, as well as a desk and 40" big screen to keep you connected.
You will have full access to our modern kitchen, laundry room, patio with gas grill, Florida room with workout equipment and games, covered patio and huge hot tub and patio set.
You will share a guest bath with other guests but can also grab a quick shower using our outdoor shower (passive solar heat, so water temp varies).
We have an outdoor composting toilet to help conserve water and provide compost for our shrubs and flowers, which can also be used as an extra toilet when the guest bath is occupied and nature calls.

Guests are welcome to use all common areas in the home as well as their private room. When using common areas, be sure to follow CDC guidelines with respect to COVID. Smoking can be accommodated in outside areas only. Let us know your hot tub plans so we can get it warmed up (or cooled down) accordingly. Everyone using the hot tub needs to shower first, and not use any body lotions or make up, so we keep the water clean for everyone. There is an outdoor shower available for this as well as the guest bath.

We now have a pair of bikes available for rent. There are two new beach cruiser style bikes available for to rent out to take to the beach, downtown St. Pete or to explore the Pinellas Trail right out our back gate. Each bike has a lock and lights will be provided for riding during darker hours. Please inquire with your on site host (Nicholas) when you arrive regarding pricing and availability.

Located right on Pinellas Trail, we can bike to St Pete Beach in 25 minutes, or Downtown St Pete in 25 minutes. Drive times are less than half that, and we are also just six blocks from the Trolley that runs between downtown and St Pete Beach!

The home is in a quiet family neighborhood on a street with no outlet so there is very light traffic. The environment is quiet and relaxing. The most noise you will hear are bicyclists enjoying the Pinellas Trail when you sit outside in the backyard. We are a short walk down the trail from a cute creek and small lake. Just a bit further to a convenience store.

Sam is a recent California transplant, back home to the Burg after 25 years on the west coast including the last 20 years in Oaktown. Sam also lived in many areas of the east coast from Maine to Florida while growing up, and then spent more than a minute in high tech (data networking and software development)m where he got to travel throughout Europe, India, Singapore and Australia before making a career change to apply his love for sports and youth development towards coaching youth soccer and other youth development programs.
