The Leaf House is a brand new 2-storey guesthouse with free gated parking. We use hotel-quality beds, linens, and towels. We also have on-call staff available to assist you 24/7. Our peaceful location ensures that your stay will be a relaxing one.

- 17 min (3.9 km) Php 240 to Greenhills Shopping Center
- 40 min (12 km) Php 640 to NAIA Airport Terminal 1
Jeeps and taxis are easily accessible on F Blumentritt St, A stone's throw away.

My place is located a block away from the main street. A typical suburban home with an automated gate, rfid access and brighly lit exterior, guests will have utmost privacy in a tree lined house away from the noise and crowd of the busy metropolis.

All the common areas of the house are open to guests: we accomodate luggage storage, early check in (prorated) or extended stay guests. We understand not all travel plans are fitted to hotel check in / check out times. I often encounter this dilema on my travels.

The house is situated 1 block away from the main street, along a 2 way street with almost no cars parked on the street. Pedestrians are mostly people living in aprtment complexes nearby. A 2 car deep stone paved driveway before the gate gives guests utmost privacy before entering the premises. High slotted steel automated gate system for security ensures no unauthorized visitors at anytime.
Near my place there is a sari sari store ( neighborhood grocery) , a bank, a small massage place within 10 minute walk. The streets are quiet except for the sounds of trikes ferrying people to and from the town market 850meters away.
A jeepney ride (usd .16) brings you to little baguio in san juan which has a lot of restaurant and bars open till wee hours of the morning.
And for shopping, the greenhills mall will have everything you need a trike ride away from little baguio ( 7 minute walk to ride )
