Located in the village of Gills Rock, this 2nd floor bedroom has a private bath and a 3rd floor tower room where you can relax, read and enjoy your coffee. Your room is accessed through the front door and a private spiral staircase. The bedroom balcony overlooks the owner's living/dining rooms, and can be closed off with full windowed/curtained sliding doors.
Guests are welcome to enjoy Char's freshly baked goodies, along with speciality coffees in the coffee shop. Complimentary for guests!

Guests are encouraged to enjoy quiet evenings by bringing a favorite book, or by watching a movie from Netflix on a 43" smart TV in the bedroom. WIFI is readily accessed in the bedroom, tower sitting room and coffee shop. Bicycles are available for guest use after Memorial Day.
New for the 2020 season; ELECTRIC BIKES!
We have two new Sondors fat tire eBikes for our guest's use! The 500 watt motors and 48 volt batteries will provide ample power for all day excursions. Take them to Washington Island for touring, or leisurely ride the miles of trails in nearby Newport State Park. Available exclusively for guests to borrow at no additional cost to your room rental!
For guests with pets, we welcome up to 2 small to medium sized dogs. There are doggie beds available and a doggie basket is provided that includes a bed sheet and a towel. Your pet is not to be left unattended in the room unless kenneled.
For pet owners, in lieu of a charge for your dog we would encourage a donation to the Door County Humane Society. There is a donation canister in the coffee shop.

Your room was once the "Loft Gallery" during the tenure of Gallery Ten. The gallery was in operation for 25 years, until retirement in 2012

Guests' privacy is very important to us, and the living/dining room common area is vacated in the evening and night hours when guests are home.
Please be aware of the coffee shop being located in the building. There may be nominal clatter and noise in the morning coming from the kitchen, which is located directly underneath the guest room. There may be baking aromas wafting up to your room between 7:00 and 8:00.
Airbnb guests are invited to enjoy a pastry and a coffee drink in the coffee shop at no charge.
