Location -Villa Nova sits up on the headland at Gerroa. The house has spectacular views over Seven Mile Beach, the Illawarra Escarpment and right across to Culburra. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a ten minute drive away in Gerringong or a 15 minute drive away in Berry.

On the ground level there is an undercover area with outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, benches, and direct access down onto the grass. The headland outside this property is unfenced, so small children need to be watched. There is also an outdoor shower.
Heating and cooling - Villa Nova has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the main living area.
