We love to share our beach condo, and its greatest asset is its location. You can see and hear the waves crashing, with nothing obstructing the view. There are lovely grounds for playing or grilling, & a nice pool. The condo is between Fort Macon & central Atlantic Beach. The NC Aquarium, Morehead City, & Beaufort are nearby. Emerald Isle & Swansboro also aren’t too far. Harker’s Island & Cape Lookout are fun excursions. And for a major day trip, you can take the Cedar Island ferry to Ocracoke.

You can show up with little more than your flip flops, a swimsuit, and a beach towel (at least in the warmer months). When it comes to beach equipment, we’ve got you covered! We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. We also have a medium-sized cooler with wheels for the beach. Please use them!
Towels and linens are provided, and you will find the beds made upon your arrival. We also keep plenty of pillows and blankets around. We try to keep the condo stocked with basic supplies—paper towels, trash bags, bathroom tissue, cleaners, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath soap, toothpaste, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Feel free to use whatever is there, replacing anything you empty.
The living room features updated furniture, and is rather spacious. You can sit for hours and enjoy the ocean view. It is comfortable and open to the kitchen, with sliding doors to the balcony.
The kitchen has a nice selection of small appliances (as well as large ones, of course!)--a coffee pot, a coffee bean grinder, a blender, a toaster, a toaster oven, a microwave, a griddle, and even an electric fondue pot.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 4 twin beds (a sturdy bunk bed and a twin with a trundle). There is also a sleeper sofa, however sheets are not provided for this queen sleeper--bring your own if you plan to use it, although we have plenty of blankets around.
The bathrooms have been updated. The "master" bathroom is small, with a corner shower, toilet, and small single sink. The main bathroom is more spacious.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy. For those rainy days, there is a large tv in the living room and in the master bedroom. There is also a radio and a bluetooth speaker. Feel free to use them, but please don't take them to the beach--they don't like sand. There’s a nice collection of games and puzzles in the TV cabinet, as well as some books under the coffee table.

May-September rentals are a minimum of 7 nights, Sunday-Sunday. If, however, there is a shorter opening or last minute availability, we will consider shorter stays. Feel free to ask!
The condo is on the third floor, and there is no elevator.
**You must bring your own beach towels.**
Unless you’re the condo owner, pets aren’t allowed. (Not our rule. Theirs. And they take it seriously.)
There’s no washer/dryer in the condo. There is, however, a coin-operated wash/dry room on the first floor of the building.
You may find non-perishable food/drink in the fridge and in the cabinets. We invite you to partake. With that, if you finish a condiment or basic food item while there, we ask that you replace it, but there should be no need to pack mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, basic seasonings, etc. It’s there for you to use.
We have been busy improving our condo (the floors are new, the popcorn ceilings are gone and ceilings repainted, the previously-brown paneled walls and trim are painted, the HVAC unit has been replaced, the water heater is new, the bathrooms are remodeled, the balcony is updated, the windows and doors are new, and the kitchen has been improved)--but there's always a project on the horizon. We love this place and appreciate you treating it as your own.

My family loves to spend time at our condo, but with two kids who are very active and two adults who work way too much, we don't get there as often as we'd like. We also like to explore new places and visit family, so that's sometimes how we spend our free time. But when we are at the condo, we love to frequent local fish markets and make great meals, go on hikes, visit local towns and attractions, and, of course, hang out at the pool and beach!
