Prince Edward County's building code and new by-law allow 2 adults per bedroom. However, there is a sleeping area with a comfy couch that can accommodate up to children under 11 years old. There is a 10 foot drop between the yard and the lake with steps leading down to the beach. Children need to be supervised when playing in the yard. Little Ben has WiFi and offers free parking for one vehicle. If more than one parking space is needed, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your request.
