It provides stylish and private accomodation for you to relax and enjoy your Hobart experience.
The studio is ideally suited to couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. LGBT welcome.

The bright, sunny area includes a separate bedroom with double bed, a living area with a flat screen TV and a breakfast/study nook together with a separate shower room with a shower, basin and toilet. As can be seen from the photos the shower room is an attic style with a sloping ceiling, guests who find the shower room to be compact are very welcome to use the large bathroom at the base of the stairs. The large courtyard downstairs is also available for guests' use.
A continental breakfast will be served including croissants, home made jam, juice, cereal, muesli and rolled oats.
Includes free high speed Wi Fi, Netflix, coffee machine, tea making facilities, electric blanket, hair dryer, Dyson heater/air conditioner, Goldair triple fan, iron and ironing board, microwave oven and a bar fridge.
Maximum guests two, no extra charge after the first guest.
May not be safe or suitable for children 0 -12.

Access to the upstairs accomodation is via the internal staircase of my home. The stairs may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

My house is 5 minutes walk to restaurants, coffee shops, takeaway shops, supermarkets, banks, post office and retail shops. 10 minutes walk to the foreshore of the Derwent River at the bottom of King Street.
UTAS is a 10 minute walk away. It is a 30 minute walk to Hobart CBD and Sandy Bay beach is 3 kilometres away.
15 minutes walk to Wrest Point Casino and about 25 minutes walk to Salamanca and the MONA ferry terminal
