The bedroom has a queen bed fitted with new linen and luxury Sheridan towels are supplied. The verandah has garden views and is directly off the main bedroom with views perfect for a quiet drink or coffee. The bathroom has a luxurious claw foot bath set on underfloor heating.
From the verandahs can be seen a large selection of Australian Bird life, we also have much local wildlife, eg wombats, echidna and kangaroos.The garden is set with native flowers and trees, there is also an orchard and strawberry patch for guests to use. The village of Kangaroo Valley has a small but good selection of restaurants and coffee shops a short walk

You have complete access to your own bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. Your sitting room has a small fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities and fresh water.
You may also enjoy the verandah and if the weather is warm, you are welcome to share our pool. We also take care of washing up and supplying food.
