The apartment is cleaned in line with UK govt guidelines for Covid-19 safety. There is hand sanitiser, disinfectant wipes and cleaning products for your use. There is a keysafe for self checkin as well.
A family friendly boutique flat in a quiet location in the heart of Eastbourne, just a pebble's throw from the seafront, theatres and town centre. A stunning ground floor apartment sleeps 4 (1double and 2 singles or 1 x 6ft bed) with room for a travel cot with a private, courtyard garden too.

The kitchen is well equipped with a four-ring induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine with 4 starter capsules (more available from the owner), washing machine. There is also an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket as well as a picnic backpack and beach bbq.
In the sitting room there is a TV with Apple tv for extra films, access to NOWtv for Sky sports for a small fee, free wifi, DVD player, DAB radio with docking station and charging points for all your portable technology.

You will have sole use of a full 2 bedroom apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with dining area, bathroom and separate cloakroom. There is also a lovely sunny terrace garden with barbeque.

There is oak flooring throughout the public areas in the apartment but pale, grey carpet in both bedrooms. We ask that guests please remove outdoor shoes before going into the bedrooms to keep the carpets clean.

Pebble Hideaway is in the heart of the Devonshire Quarter in Eastbourne, a quiet residential part of town with grand architecture dating back to Victorian times. The apartment is just across from the Devonshire Park Tennis Club, a 5 minute walk from the beach, same distance to the centre of town for shopping and only a 10 minute walk away from the station. There are theatres almost on your doorstep as is the Towner Gallery which hosts many wonderful exhibitions. You are also spoilt for choice for eating out but Barley Sugar deli and cafe is just on the corner of the street or the newly opened award winning cafe, Urban Ground, found on the corner of South Street serving fabulous cakes, amazing soups and sandwiches for lunch, delicious coffee and selection of teas 7 days a week. Afterwards, you can walk it off taking in the glorious views along the Promenade or if you're feeling more adventurous hiking on the Downs, just a 15 minute walk away. There are so many sports you can do with the sea so close and it's a favourite area for cyclists too.

The apartment forms the ground floor of our family home, totally separate with it's own front door. Nicky is on hand to help with any queries, book babysitters or order some catering from her in advance. We can also organise some safe bike storage if required.
