Family room (ensuite shower room) with a double bed and a small double sofa bed which could accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, plus a second room with a double bed with access to a private bathroom (not ensuite but for your own private use), in a modern open plan house with magnificent views over the Shannon Estuary & Bunratty Castle. 10 mins from Limerick and 15 mins from Shannon Airport in a lovely rural setting. Only 50 mins to the coast and Cliffs of Moher.

Our house is a modern open plan house built by us in 2003 on the hills overlooking the Shannon Estuary. It is a 2 storey house but with the living area all on the 2nd floor to make the most of the view. The front door, entrance hall, garage and basement are on the ground level.

Dining room and covered deck. Breakfast is served in the dining room (continental breakfast with home made scones, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice, tea/coffee).

There are 3 people, living in the house - myself, my husband and my daughter.
Collection/drop off to Shannon Airport available on request (€15 fee applies to cover petrol). There is ample parking on site.
Check-in is between 5pm and 8pm but if you need to check-in outside of these times please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
My pricing per night is for the first 2 people sharing a room, plus a fee for additional guests. Some guests prefer to have separate rooms (ie. one person in each room) which I am happy to accommodate for a supplement of €50 per night.

Cratloe Woods is a 5 minutes walk from the house with fantastic walks and a fabulous childrens play area complete with zip line and giant sandpit with climbing frames. There are also areas for BBQ'ing and picnicking in the Woods.
There are two pubs in the village, a local shop/post office and a fish & chip takeaway restaurant (open until 9pm).
